Quali sono le modalità per l’iscrizione?
Per iscriversi è necessario registrarsi e creare un account sul portale disponibile alla pagina www.euritmia.it/concorso-musicale, compilare il modulo e allegarlo firmato insieme alla copia del bonifico.
La segreteria del concorso riceverà automaticamente i documenti allegati, pertanto non dovranno essere spediti via mail.

È possibile indicare una giornata di preferenza per la partecipazione al concorso?
È possibile indicare alla segreteria eventuali problemi di orario o una giornata di preferenza. La richiesta dovrà essere inserita nelle annotazioni per la segreteria del modulo d’iscrizione. La segreteria cercherà di esaudire tutte le richieste.
Devo obbligatoriamente suonare più brani al concorso?
Si, da regolamento i brani devono essere due, uno obbligatorio ed uno a scelta. È obbligatorio restare nei tempi previsti per ciascuna categoria.
L’organizzazione mette a disposizione il pianista accompagnatore?
Si, l’organizzazione del concorso mette a disposizione a pagamento il pianista accompagnatore. Consultare il regolamento per maggiori informazioni.
L’organizzazione mette a disposizione le percussioni?
No, l’organizzazione non mette a disposizione gli strumenti a percussione.
Quando si conosceranno le date e gli orari dell’audizione?
La segreteria invierà a tutti i partecipanti una e-mail una volta caricati sul sito web dell’Associazione www.euritmia.it/concorso-musicale/ gli orari delle audizioni. Indicativamente entro la prima settimana del mese di giugno.
Quante copie delle partiture dei brani da eseguire sono da consegnare al momento della prova?
Al momento della prova il concorrente dovrà presentare 5 copie complete della partitura del brano a scelta da eseguire. Le copie, se richiesto, verranno restituite alla fine del proprio gruppo di esecuzione, ad eccezione di una che rimarrà agli atti del concorso.
Dove si svolgeranno le audizioni?
Le audizioni saranno pubbliche e si svolgeranno nell’auditorium Comunale di Povoletto.
Le audizioni sono raggruppate per tipologia di strumento o categoria?
No, le audizioni sono programmate seguendo criteri che esulano dalla tipologia di strumento o dalla categoria di iscrizione.
Ci sarà la possibilità di provare sul palco prima dell’audizione?
L’organizzazione mette a disposizione dei concorrenti il palco per una prova, ogni giorno prima dell’inizio delle audizioni del mattino, prima dell’inizio delle audizioni pomeridiane e alla fine delle stesse. La segreteria comunicherà agli iscritti le modalità di prenotazione del palco per la prova. Inoltre l’organizzazione mette a disposizione alcune sale per il riscaldamento e le prove, dotate di pianoforte per l’accompagnatore.
Quando si conosceranno i vincitori?
I vincitori saranno contattati dalla segreteria del concorso nel pomeriggio della giornata finale in quanto dovranno esibirsi al concerto conclusivo del concorso per ritirare il premio. Solo durante tale serata verranno proclamati al pubblico il vincitore il punteggio ed il premio vinto. L’elenco dei vincitori, privo di punteggio e piazzamento, sarà inoltre pubblicato sul sito web dell’Associazione Euritmia a partire dal pomeriggio della giornata finale.
Quando si conosceranno i punteggi dei partecipanti?
I punteggi saranno resi noti solo al termine della serata finale e verranno pubblicati/resi disponibili sul sito web a partire dalla giornata successiva

How can I apply?
In order to apply, it is first necessary to sign up and create an account on the portal that you can find here: http://strumentisti.euritmia.it. Once registered, you can fill the form and attach it together with the receipt of the bank transfer. The secretariat of the competition will automatically receive the attached documents, therefore it is not necessary to send them by e-mail. Is it possible to request a preferable day of performance?
Yes, it is possible to ask the secretariat of the competition to play on a particular day. Please write your preference in the note section of the enrollment form. The secretariat will try to accommodate all the requests.
Do the participants have to play more than one piece?
Yes, according to the rules of the competition the number of the pieces to be played is two. The time of performance must not exceed the maximum amount allowed for each category.
Does the organization provide a pianist accompanist?
Yes, the organization provides a pianist accompanist, under a subscription fee. You can find more information in the regulations of the competition.
Does the organization provide any percussion instruments?
No, the organization doesn’t provide any percussion instruments.
When is it possible to know the date and time of the audition?
Once the auditions are scheduled and published on the Association website https://www.euritmia.it/concorso-musicale/ every participant will be informed by e-mail. The schedules will be made available by the second week of June approximately.
How many copies of the pieces to be performed have to be handed in on the day of the audition?
On the day of the audition, the competitor will have to hand in to the secretariat 5 complete copies of the musical pieces to be performed on that day. If requested by the competitor, the copies can be given back at the end of the auditions of each performing group, with the exception of one copy, that will be kept within the competition records.
Where will the auditions take place?
The auditions are public and will take place in the City Auditorium of Povoletto.
Are the auditions grouped according to the musical instrument or category?
No, the auditions are scheduled according to different criteria that fall outside of the musical instrument or enrollment category.
Is there a possibility to rehearse on stage before the audition?
The Auditorium stage is made available to the candidates for a short rehearsal, every day in the morning and in the afternoon before the beginning of the auditions, or at the end of the performances. The secretariat will communicate to the competitors the modalities of the stage reservation in due time. Additionally, the organization makes available some spaces for tuning up the instruments or for rehearsing; these spaces are provided with a piano for the piano accompanist.
When are the names of the winners going to be declared?
The winners will be contacted by phone by the secretariat of the competition in the afternoon of the last day of competition. It is mandatory for the winner to play in the final evening concert in order to claim the prize. Only during the final concert the winners, the score, and their prizes will be proclaimed in public. Besides that, the list of winners (without score and performance ranking) will be published on the official website of the Association Euritmia starting from the afternoon of the last day of auditions.
When will the final scores be available?
The results and final scores will be disclosed only at the end of the final evening and will be made available on the website on the following day.
